This training will teach you to activate energy circuits in the body, raise energetic flow and awareness to increase your vibrational state, clear disruptive frequency patterns and come into coherent balance and alignment for improved health, clarity and wellbeing. This Quantum Reiki I Workshop will:

• Expand on the science of energy medicine and quantum expansion.

• Teach you the basics of Reiki energy, activate and attune you to level 1 Reiki.

• Introduce you to some practical energy medicine tools to adopt into daily living; including breath work, meditation, mind/body movement and visualization.
